I freestyled the conversation so there was no script for my side of the call unlike the scammer who operated entirely from one. I can’t stand these scammers because this could deceive older people who believe this really happened to them. They do this scam because it works.

The scammer claimed to be from “Amazon’s fraud department. The address the scammer said the charges went to was: 49 Arcadia Court Albany, NY 12205 There are BBB reports about this scam as it’s been running for a while but alerting you all in case there are those that don’t know or are highly susceptible to it.
