The Profiler's FAQ Infographic

$0.00

Millions of people have no idea where to start when they enter the job market. Start here...

I made this infographic for you to quickly reference as I get hundreds of messages per week from people with overlapping questions.

🤔 Is this profile fake?
🤔 Is this recruiter real?
🤔 Is this job real?
🤔 Is this company real?
🤔 Is this a real offer I'm about to accept?

There's a ton of misinformation out there and many legitimate companies, entrepreneurs and solopreneurs can't keep pace with the scammers.

The reason is because scammers work in high-rise buildings, have entire office floors and teams of people doing these scams at scale. From a more macro view, they fund the economy of corrupt nations. They blitz job seekers with misinformation, lies and stolen content, credentials and likenesses from real professionals.

Quiet as kept a lot of entrepreneurs/solopreneurs who help job seekers have seen a sharp downturn in business. This is a multi-pronged attack, caused by scammers, AI and "influencers/career coaches" who don't have the expertise they profess to but because of large followings they're called "thought leaders." The good and honest ones I'm not talking about.

Recruiters with years of experience are dragged into debates with people who have no idea about the ATS or how the hiring process works but their keyboards make them "experts." To all real recruiters I urge you not to debate in the comments any longer. Tell the truth once, if the people don't receive it kick the dust off and move on.

Some people don't want the truth, they want to argue for the lies they believed. I know you care and want to help them that's why you got into recruiting in the first place, to have a hand in the joy new jobs bring people.

Stay vigilant.
